Hi! You will be buying a vinyl decal ranging from 3-11". That measurement is for the longer side of the design (the width). For example a 3" by 2" would be a 3" selection.
Your order will be mailed through USPS which will take from three days to one month (depends on your location for example international would take most likely around one month).
